To Bogota Colombia

After the drama of shipping the bikes , we were set to fly Friday night headed to Bogota Colombia wishing that when you packed you didn't forget something valuable. The trip required that we take two planes one from Kuwait to Frankfurt and wait almost 8 hours until we fly again taking almost 11 hours from Frankfurt to Bogota.

Needless to say we were tired after all the flying even though we managed to get a few hours of sleep in transit at Frankfurt airport. We were received by Louis who is a friend of a friend of Ali's and managed to get to the hotel finding out that since tomorrow is Sunday customs is closed and we would have to wait until Monday to get our bikes out.

The Next day we strolled around Bogota and managed in true Kuwaiti spirit to visit a Mall and go shopping for stuff we had forgotten. Luckily non of the things we forgot were critical.

Tomorrow we try to get our bikes out of customs and into the hotel parking lot.
